The mustard now produced by the 5th and 6th family generations at the mustard mill that is more than 100 years old and was originally powered by a waterwheel still works with an old transmission today and can be visited during its production methods. Lovers and epicures of the spicy granules can choose their favourite mustards from the 22 different types of mustard in the small mustard shop - open daily.
